A Theoretical analysis of Milk adulteration/contamination detection in camel, buffalo and cow milk using SPR Technique

Abstract In this paper author have targeted to detect various kinds of adulteration/contamination in camel, cow and buffalo milk using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technique. SPR technique numerous features like its label free technique, provide real time analysis able very minute change sample’s physical condition from ideal condition. The sample can estimate refractive index. adulteration does for financial benefits but they are highly dangerous health especially children pregnant women. Some more contamination added knowingly as a preservative affect the purity so that their detection is essential. mainly urea, melamine, Salmonella coconut oil by Kretschmann configuration based sensor. sensor consists high index prism (ZnSe) dielectric substrate, gold (Au) nanolayer, Graphene monolayer heterostructure BlueP/MoS 2 . Major performance parameters sensitivity, Figure Merit (FoM), Detection accuracy limit also calculated each case validate result proposed done visible region theoretical way analytical software MATLAB.
